Brilliant way to spend a day

点评：Excellent family day spent here. It is advised to spend 2-3 hours here. We spent 6.
We hired the bikes for €6 and it was the best decision. It’s an expansive area to cover and we thoroughly enjoyed reading and experiencing all the exhibits.
Very interactive displays and activities to keep your interest, set in a gorgeous forest setting, it was an excellent way to spend a day. A highlight was a Soviet apartment block, built during the 60’s, with four apartments, each styled to a different time in history. 60’s, 70’s, 90’s and 2019.
We arrived at the cafe just as fresh vanilla custard pies had been baked, which were delicious.
The people working on the exhibits were excellent and even when there were language barriers, we could communicate and understand. Stellar effort on their behalf.
There’s also numerous playgrounds spotted around for children.
If you don’t like being outdoors, don’t like walking around in a beautiful forest, don’t like learning about a country’s history or culture, maybe choose something else to do.
But if you enjoy any of the above, you will have an excellent day.
