Shows good - website & box office policies horrendous.

点评：All the shows we've seen here are excellent. Dealing with the website and the box office is a different story. If you have season tickets, you need to contact them usually 2 months in advance of a performance if you need to make changes to the dates or times. Unfortunately, you don't always know what is going to happen over the next 2 months (like someone dying, for example, as in my situation). Their website is so confusing for subscription renewals that they have to provide a page of instructions to help you navigate it (and they tell you to print the instructions for the future). The website also has a tendency to blow up with internal errors. Because their website can't handle common situations, under some circumstances they require you to pay and then they'll issue a refund later. Most of the people in the box office are very nice, but the one I dealt with recently was rude and condescending. How unfortunate, since their shows are uniformly superb.
