点评：My family and I visited lech Austria for the first time. We decided to plan a skiing trip because we had such an amazing experience with Switzerland and zermatt last year.
Visited Switzerland twice last year and the people could not have been more friendly.
Decided to go to lech Austria this year and the views, food and hotels were as beautiful as we heard. But the people were as rude as could be. Service towards us was horrible. No body even acknowledged us the entire trip. We had one person speak up a conversation with us and acted differently towards us when we said we were from the US. It felt like we were invisible. One lady who we didn’t know actually had to tell our waiter to acknowledge us after waiting over 30-40 minutes for each drink. We are a quiet family who keeps to ourselves, but felt very out of place and unwanted. Meanwhile we were there interested to learn and understand the Austrian culture. We love to travel but would never go back and spend money to someone who doesn’t appreciate us. Very upsetting because we heard it was princess dianas favorite place and everything else besides the people was extraordinary.
