点评：Some of Antigua's Finest Artisans, all in one place! A treasure in the north of Antigua, close to St John’s. An unforgettable shopping experience, with the best of local artisans and artists creating a vibrant tapestry that harnesses Caribbean culture at its finest.
The Island House is a haven where local creators showcase their exceptional work, in the tropical environment of Bay Gardens. The on-site boutique is a treasure trove of unique, handcrafted pieces that reflect the rich heritage and artistic flair of the region.
I found everything from fragrant soaps and candles to intricately designed jewellery and colourful, hand-crafted handbags, soft toys and shell art. Delicious locally made jellies, jams, hot sauces, craft spirits and chocolates made on-site! To stunning, original paintings that capture the essence of the Caribbean landscape. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering insights into the artists’ backgrounds and techniques, which added a personal touch to my shopping experience.
The ambiance at The Island House is as enchanting as the art itself, creating a chic yet relaxed environment that encourages leisurely exploration, making you feel instantly a part of a welcoming community.
