点评：We weren’t sure what to expect when visiting El Eden during the week, but it exceeded all of our expectations.
First, the property is beautifully maintained. The landscaping and architecture are beautiful and thoughtfully designed.
Second, the staff was warm and welcoming. We visited mid week, and John gave us a wonderful tour of the grounds. Our children especially enjoyed seeing the chickens and feeding the goats.
Third, the food was excellent. The hospitality was exceptional, we were offered complimentary pastries and a smoothie as a palate cleanser. The steak, mole, and salmon bagel were all delicious, and the fresh juices and cocoa drink were a treat.
Be sure to visit the farm store. Many of the items are organic and carefully sourced. We picked up honey, vanilla, and hibiscus tea.
If possible, we recommend stopping by on a Sunday to enjoy the outdoor spaces and connect with local vendors.
