Birthday VIP Experience - Magical!
海洋世界水族馆的点评
点评：We were treated to a joint VIP birthday experience which we came on with two other groups. I'll cut to the chase and say it was perfect (I'm saying that as someone who doesn't actually like zoo parks) but let me go into detail.
As a VIP out of season, you get given a T-Shirt and Backpack (adult sizes, quite smart) and a guided tour around the park. The lady we had speaking is incredible and friendly and knows her stuff.
You get pictures taken - included in the price - with Dolphins and Sea Lions. You get to pet Dolphins, go into Lima cages and get swarmed by them (they're harmless). We went into a cage with birds and, yeah, one peed on me but that was part of the charm. My personal favourite? Petting a porcupine!
You also get instructive sessions about what is the difference between a Parrott and a Macaw (a Macaw is a type of Parrott, but a Parrott might not be a Macaw... IIRC?). And in between the day you get a snack buffet with crisps, cakes and drinks so you get fed as well.
You don't even need to pay for the pictures, as a VIP!
All in all I can't recommend this enough as it made two people's birthdays sing, and some of the other guests were just as happy (one was going swimming with the Dolphins later which was not something I ever wanted to do and now I do). Another guest had been visiting twice in a row! That says something about how awesome the event was. I don't know what the park is like in season but as a VIP out of season, it's a superb experience and the staff, warm and friendly!
