点评：STAY AWAY!!
I have parked with these guys on multiple occasions and never had any issues. However, on my last time, I accidently paid twice for the same reservation, and it was the Park Port Canaveral lady that checked us in that brough it to my attention. She told us to contact customer service, and they would issue me a refund for the 2nd reservation.
When I returned from my cruise, I did exactly what she said to do and copied and pasted into an email where I had paid twice and asked them to refund the 2nd amount. They completely ignored my emails with no response for months. Then after about 3 months, they finally responded and said it had been too long since the cruise and they couldn't refund me now.
This company are fraudsters that do not care about their customers or taking their money! We were only talking about $100, and their records clearly showed that I had paid twice, their own employee told me so, it's sad they care so less about their reputation and customer service to rip someone off for $100!
