Not worth the money.

点评：We booked to go to Malbork castle quite last minute. After looking at reviews online I was excited to go and explore! We visited Wawel Royal castle in Krakow last year and found it to be a beautiful and peaceful place and I was wrong to think that this would be similar!!
There were hoards of children with tour guides who didn't seem to care that there were other visitors with the audioguides trying to also look around too. It seemed that every corner we turned there were more children/tours, some of the rooms it was impossible to see some of the architecture/display cases for the masses of people stood in the way. Groups should be limited to smaller numbers to prevent this from happening!
We also decided to visit the cafe close to the exit/shop. All was going well until we needed to get back into the courtyard. A constant stream of people were coming down the narrow staircase. We waited for around 5-10 minutes and then tried to make our way up otherwise we may have been stood waiting all day. We came across an extremely rude tour guide who was refusing to let us past. He spoke to us aggressively in polish, despite seeing that we had a young child with is. It was actually one of the children in his group who actually asked for him to let us by and to stop shouting. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, especially considering that he was surrounded by children. This completely ruined the visit.
The audio guide that I'd been given was being extremely intermittent with working. Admittedly I didn't return to try and resolve the issue but mainly because by the time it had started going wrong we'd had the rude tour guide/hoards of children and in all honesty I really just wanted to leave!
Overall, the castle was fine. Very hard to appreciate with the masses of tours going on. I wish I hadn't wasted my hard earned money to visit. Left feeling let down and deflated. Wouldn't return.

我拿到的语音导览机断断续续地响个不停。我承认，我没有回去尝试解决这个问题，主要是因为当它开始出问题的时候，我们遇到了那个粗鲁的导游和一大群孩子，说实话，我当时真的只想离开！
总的来说，城堡还不错。但由于参观人数众多，很难欣赏到它的美。真希望我没有浪费辛苦赚来的钱来参观。离开时感觉很失望，很沮丧。不会再来了。
