点评:I came here with family whilst visiting them from the South of England with my wife. Having driven 500 miles on the Sunday, to be told we were driving into Perth to visit a museum on Monday made me feel almost gloomy. However, what happened was most unexpected. The drive was fine and parking in Perth right by the museum was super easy. We started with lunch in the restaurant and the staff were just so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Then rather than this being a small town museum with some old tat found in someone's back garden it was an outstanding experience and we could have stayed for hours or even days. My chin hit the floor a few times but never more so than when we went into the closed off room of the 'Stone of Scone'. How exciting can a stone be but let me tell you that the special effects had me open mouthed with amazement. I can't tell you what happens but pay attention to the the furled up screen that they plan to project an image onto and wait quietly with just a touch of anticipation in your tummy.
