From the moment my wife and I arrived, Sacha and Giovanna greeted us with genuine warmth and joy, immediately making us feel not just welcome, but like part of their extended family. Their passion for Southern Italian cuisine, combined with their gracious and engaging teaching style, made the entire experience feel personal, relaxed, and incredibly special.
The instruction itself was outstanding—thoughtful, detailed, and rooted in tradition. We didn’t just follow recipes; we explored the heritage and intention behind every dish. With Sacha and Giovanna’s guidance, we hand-crafted everything from scratch: spaghetti with cacio e pepe, pillowy ravioli filled with a Sorrento lemon ricotta with vibrant pesto, and delicate tortellini in a delicate San Marzano tomato sauce. The focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and classic methods brought these dishes to life in the most authentic way. They explained away the mistique in a way that made us believe “we can do this at home!”
