点评：Zero complaints after two days at Sugar, other than the food offerings. We've had great service, kiosks speed up the lift ticket line, being able to reload your tickets online after initial purchase is super convenient and the kids loved skiing at night. The optional ice skating and snow tubing is great for taking a break from the slopes.
Their cafeteria could use a serious upgrade, and the food & drink offerings with it.
Saw a handful of ski patrol on the mountain and heard their whistles here and there, so I think they're trying in terms of safety, but more could be done IMO ... for starters, they need way more "SLOW" signs toward the bottom, Iike many Colorado slopes have, where the orange "fencing" is stretched across the last hill forcing people to zig zag in order to slow them down before entering the congestion of the lift line. We had two different people crash into us while just behind the line removing our feet from our boards. One guy is known for this apparently and has done it to several other people including one other person in our party, and one was a young boy skiing alone--he scarcely missed us and crashed into a sign. He couldn't have been more than 8 years old. All his gear came off and he was tangled up in the sign.
Other than Saturday afternoon, we hardly waited more than 10 minutes to get on the chair, and the 6-person lift gets you to the top in minutes. Slopes were well groomed, snow was great, and we had excellent visibility thanks to clear skies.
As for all the complaints about refunds, there are signs all over the place that say "Absolutely no refunds" so just make sure you're buying exactly what you want and need before you purchase.
