Service excellence inspite of conflicts experienced. Would Recommned 100%
海豚湾的点评
点评：The Dolphin Cove experience, though it started off a bit rocky, was quite memorable for my family of 4. I must commend the management staff at the Ocho Rios location for resolving an administrative error with our reservation that threatened to keep us from entering the facilities.
The manager on duty was courteous, patient and quite accommodating, although we were visibly upset and maybe a bit (too) loud. I applaud her for spending time to fix the situation that was not due to any negligence on the part of Dolphin Cove.
That aside, the location was clean, beautifully kept. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The wait wasn't too long to see the dolphins, and the individual interactions were quite welcome. As a Jamaican, I was happy that they served authentic food in good quantities.
The options for water sports were pretty good. My daughters enjoyed those. The prices for photos were a bit on the high side, but the quality was excellent. Entertainment on the beach was fun. We participated in multiple games in the short time that we spent there.
WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!
