Dolphin experience good but keep the rest. Photos a rip off.

点评：It’s hard to know where to start. We booked the Gold Dolphin package through TUI. The actual dolphin experience which lasted 40 mins was amazing. Pretty much everything else not great. They advertise a jungle trial but literally one small aviary and 1 rabbit. The dinner included was just a plate of rice and chicken, no options, no drink included. The general service was as expected, ok but desperate for tips!! This shouldn’t be a gimme if the arrive and attitude is poor! The small pool and jacuzzi poor and dirty. But guess biggest con was the photos they sell. No phones or cameras allowed anywhere near the dolphins so don’t think you might be able to do your own. So for our party (2 adults, 1 child) the digital photo package was $210 and goes up depending on number of people in your party. Poor robbery. Oh you can buy seperate photos at $45 each!! This should have been explained better by the rep so a photo package could have been pre-purchased.
