Spend the day at Belmont Park? Be ready for fun!

点评：Travelled by car 14 hours, read and watched videos on what not to bring, etc, and had to trash a treasured souvenir daypack when some overzealous "peace officer" and a local police whiteshirt told me it was policy. Put my meds, water, binoculars, sunscreen in a clear plastic shopping bag for display to all, and carried that all day. BUT, if you're a young female in a short skirt and "nice personalities", you can carry a rucksack with a chair attached. Counted six such examples.
Lots of waiting at all concessions inside or out. "Furlong Franks", hotdog venue, ran out of ALL food, and beer, when we got to counter after 1 1 /2 hour wait. Nobody passing on word to crowd, no sign, nothing. Women at counter had to try to quell a riot!
Alcohol in large amounts, and weed. Be prepared to deal with lots of drunks.
Be prepared for a long day.
