点评：We were so pleased with the genuinely friendly, knowledgeable workers. We showed up around 11AM on Monday and they were helpful in guiding us to a place to park as their lots were full. When we made our way back the process of renting an e-bike as well as a waders, socks and boots for our Narrow's experience. Renting was quick and easy and they had plenty to rent at that time of day. Because there was a one hour time difference (Mountain Standard) from Las Vegas (Pacific ) where we were staying, we arrived slightly later than we anticipated but they didn't seem to be close to running low on equipment. Definitely get the pole, which fits nicely on their e-bike as it was so helpful during our hike. Only complaint was that the eBikes we rented weren't as "powerful" as others we have rented in Canada. We still had quite a leg workout for the day. Also, I ended up with a pretty painful blister on the bottom of my foot from the neoprene socks fitting so loosely. Make sure they are snug. We were concerned about leaving our bikes at the Narrows while we hiked because there were no locks, but the employees said if the bikes were gone when we finished, just to get a ride back on the trolley. They felt as though it was not likely to happen but wanted us to know not to worry if that was the case because cars are not allowed in the park and theft was very low. It was a lovely day and great experience. (Side note, we were totally worn out just putting the equipment on and taking it off! It took some skill :)
