Kallithea Cats的点评
点评：I loved the couple of hours I spent at Kalithea Cats, and wished I'd been staying nearer so I could return each day! The volunteers do an amazing job caring for cats and kittens who would otherwise be left to fend for themselves. The cats are free to come and go, not contained, but they are neutered, fed and receive veterinary care if they need it. Many of them are very friendly, especially if you arrive bearing cat treats! There are benches where you can sit with a purring cat on your lap, chatting to other cat-lovers!
If you have time to spare, the volunteers who run the place might appreciate a bit of help. (They're generally only there in the mornings.) And if you're arriving by car donations of cat food are always welcome. (I was on the bus, so have made a donation towards their vet costs intead.)
Kalithea Cats is easy to find, just off the coastal road from Rhodes to Faliraki, next to Kalithea Springs. I went by bus, and got off at the Kailithea Springs stop.
