点评:Gordons is an unusual bay between Clovelly and Coogee, with just a patch of beach at the end covered in seaweed and boats, then rocks stretching along way up both shores, but the rocks can get very popular. The main attraction is that the water always seems to be beautiful. Looking from the paths above the cliffs, you can clearly see the bottom even though it might be four metres deep. It's just great to swim out into the middle or out towards the sea, only getting waves when the swell's particularly big. Good place for getting on inflatables as well. The south shore rocks, accessed from the beach at the end, get shade in the afternoon, while the outer part of the north shore has easy access from the south side of Clovelly. Both sides can have difficult access from the rocks to the water. Snorkling along the rocks, particularly on the north side, is some of the best in Sydney (there's a marked marine trail but it's in deeper water and seems better for scuba diving).
