Interesting stop "between Akureyri & Westfjords"

点评：We stopped here on the way to the Westfjords, I have expected more seals outside but I do must admit that after visiting this "museum" seeing seals throughout the rest of our trip, in particular in Westfjords, did feel different and I have appreciated it more.
The little town where this museum is situated is also a perfect refueling stop if you are heading to or from Akureyri or to/from Westfjords - there is also a really nice restaurant really a level above the Seal Museum (reviewed separately) that I would recommend while in this neck of the woods :)
Sad story about the Icelandic Walrus... quite eyes opening, especially if you take into account that we think that 1900s and 2000s have been damaging to our ecosystem.... this goes back far before the 1900s!
