点评：I’ve come to this mall for years with my family (decades myself) but now that they’ve added EATALY which I love but made it mostly grocery store and basically only reservations there is nowhere to eat. Twice now we came and had to leave within 30 min bc of no food at dinner time. If you have young kids you can’t always plan ahead and make reservations. EATALY had no resevatoons , Ruth’s Christ only had 830pm, and Cheesecake Factory had a massive line just to even check in. We went back to get a sandwich at EATALY and there was a line outside the store even with velvet ropes (plus my 6 year can’t eat a sandwich that’s 5 inches high anyway). So after searching for food we went home with no option but to order delivery. I’m now sitting in the car with crying children who are so hungry. This is the second time this has happened to us. I suggest the mall owners to shut down the grocery section of EATALY and turn it back to a quick service type eating place within EATALY. We unfortunately can never return until there is some quick service or food court option again. We’ll go to American dresm malll until the mall can ensure children can have food options that don’t require a reservation for dinner.
