Terrible barmaid customer service

点评：We visit the crown every time we visit Tenby and have always loved it. But following our visit on Sunday, we will not be returning. We were a party of 16, obviously in good spirits as it was our Christmas weekend away. A lot if noise is to be expected with such a large crowd spending a lot of money on drinks. We started playing darts and were told that we had to be careful when people were passing to use the toilets, fair enough and that we had to stop when the barmaid was passing to go to the store room which again is fair enough. The way we were told this though was with an attitude which made it obvious she didnt really want us there. Before finishing our 1st drink the barmaid then told us that we had to be quiet as an elderly couple had left because of the volume of our enjoyment. If we had been in any way rude, aggressive, obnoxious,threatening or in any way troublesome, she would have been justified with her comments but we were certainly none of these things. We were 8 couples out having a good time. We didnt stay for a 2nd drink, found another pub which had a far friendlier, enjoyable atmosphere. We will never return to the Crown.
