点评：4/8/23. As an NT member myself and few friends still love to visit this place, so keep an eye open for their few opening days a year. It starts with the pleasant walk from the car park down the drive through the giant Sequoias (also known as the giant redwood and Wellingtonia tree)
The tour is about an hour and the volunteers give an enjoyable & interesting talk. It is a shame though that we are not allowed to go back around the house after, to look at in a bit more depth ie pictures and information sheets. Also a pity the lovely little tea room is not now open, but we are allowed to take our own food and drink in and find a place in the garden. I'm sure if they could get more volunteers it would help. Sunnycroft contains all the items as they were left to them. The grounds are not huge but nice to wander around and good to see that they have restored the conservatory. If garage is unlocked you can see their Daimler. (I'm not sure of the one review from frank... where they say an 8 min visit in and out - that is definitely not the case).
It asks below how long to spend there. This would depend on the weather. If nice you can spend time relaxing and if any children they could run around & play on the grass.
