Renault Winery Resort的点评
点评：Will not be dining here again and will recommend against Renault to my friends. Disappointed in the entire evening at Renault, starting right off the bat with the serving. We went to Renault with another couple for a night of dinner and drinks, and once we sat down we waited about 15-20 minutes for our server, only to arrive with no water. We ordered drinks, then some random server came to drop off our water and drinks and some bread, keep in mind we didn’t have our silverware or plates for the bread. So another wait on that.
We then proceeded to order some overpriced dipping platter, which was about $27 for a couple of pieces of bread and some dips. Still, the plate arrived with no individual plates and no silverware. I had to stand up and go grab some myself until a waitress gave it to me. And one of our cocktails were watered down and had to be remade.
The meals were fine, dinner and drinks were okay, but I cannot stand incompetent serving and expectations of a tip when our server didn’t even bring out our dinner, drinks, or appetizer. And last but not least, a nice wait for our checks to come out well after our dinners were finished. I had to go up to the cash register to get our check closed out and paid for it in full so we wouldn’t have to worry about splitting the bill… I’m sure that would’ve taken another 5-10 minutes.
Overall, a $210 check for a pretty poor experience. Go make dinner at home and I guarantee you’ll have an experience 10x better and cheaper than the experience we had this evening. I wish servers paid better attention to tables and their paying customers, I can’t justify spending that amount of money to receive that kind of experience.
