Bannatyne Spa Fairfield的点评
点评：I've visited the Fairfield Bannatyne Spa a few times in the past.
Parking was easy.
The reception team were very polite and helpful. The facilities are great, albeit a bit overcrowded.
However the cafe experience wasn't great. The only booking slot reception could offer us was 1hr before our treatments. And the cafe staff seemed like they weren't very well trained. They said they had a limited menu. We ordered a sandwich and two lots of chips and after 35mins of waiting (in a not overly crowded cafe) they said they were plating it up. The food was good. We made reception aware that we would be slightly late for the treatments at 3pm, and asked that they inform the treatment staff. But when we arrived at 3:07pm the treatment staff seemed a bit irritated that we were late. I was told that due to being 7mins late, this would be deducted off our 40mins treatment. It seems a little unfair to be almost told off, when it's not our fault the café food was slow, and that the ONLY slot we were given for food, was an hour before our treatments.
