Overcrowded!

点评：The place looked very nice. The staff were very polite. However the experience overall was very disappointing.There were no loungers available,in fact there wasn’t even any seating! Determined to make the best of it we sat on the edge of a very overcrowded jacuzzi .we then went for a lunch I opted for a pizza. It was a little overcooked. Again I didn’t complain as it was a treat for me from my daughters.I was determined to make the best of it.So we then went for our treatments. I had chosen a facial and a back massage. I was told that as there wasn’t a lot of time of time ,which treatment would I prefer her to concentrate on. So I said the facial. I was under the impression she would be more thorough with the facial but I would recieve a short massage. Sadly that wasn’t the case. There was no back massage at all! I did complain about this. I told her that actually she should in future choose her words more carefully as at no time did she say she was skipping the second treatment . So in short no chairs,no loungers,an overcrowded jacuzzi so all in all a very disappointing experience.
