Mission was great but lacked enthusiasm and finishing touches to make memorable

点评：First, the positives…Sons 11th birthday party, group of 6 boys. The big takeaway is that they really enjoyed the mission experience and were excited to tell me all about it when they returned from their mission. They all said they’d go back. It was easy to book online & easy to find on the day. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy. However, I do think more engagement/enthusiasm from the team would have made it more memorable, it would have been nice for the team to have introduced themselves to the group but instead just silently let them in….and then back out again after the hour. The food was standard chicken nuggets/pizza & chips (veg and dietary requirements catered for if needed) and juice, a little plain but the boys ate it up. We brought our own birthday cake (good as no dessert options). Should have taken a group game (something simple like UNO or a pack of cards) so boys could play the table after the food, whilst we waited for parents to pick up. Party bags were good (but I had to ask for them, they would have been forgotten about).
