Be carful - They ruined my day trip!!!

点评：We rented bikes for a family trip to Aponissos beach. After 20 minutes of riding when the climbs started I felt that it was unusually difficult for me to ride (I ride regularly and in good shape). Since we were already far from the store I couldn't go back because I was with a group. I barely managed to reach the destination.
On the way back I discovered the problem - the brake on the rear wheel rubs against the wheel and prevents it from rotating freely.
I called the store and asked them to come pick me up with the broken bike, they agreed to send a rescue vehicle only if I paid 20 euros. Of course I had no choice and agreed.
The vehicle arrived after over an hour even though they promised it would arrive within 30 minutes.
When I got to the store I showed the seller the problem but he ignored it, behaved rudely, refused to pay for the rescue vehicle in my place and refused to refund me for the broken bike that ruined my day trip.
On other bikes we rented, the front basket broke while riding.
Do yourself a favor and don't go near this shop - the service is bad, the bikes are in bad mechanical condition and most of all - they are not decent!!!
There are plenty of other bike rental shops on the island nearby.
