点评:What a tranquil and amazing community. Living so simple and connected to nature. Many birds live here and that add to its ambiance. The museum is small but contains many neat artifacts. We walked from the museum on the road to the Sulfur Pond. The road is on top of the tree canopy and river. We saw local woman doing laundry in the river down below and some cool birds in the canopy. Many goats and chickens travel along the road. Its interesting to watch them climb on the hills. The mud they give you to rub on and sulfur pond refreshing during a gentle rain. They do allow camping here and there are many trails. The community is 2 miles square and has about 400 friendly people living here. For a small $5 admission your supporting this community and will experience one of the finer things in the Porto Lopez Area.
