点评：I brought my family from the other side of the world here to see the local animals of Australia up close and we paid extra for two koala experiences and one kangaroo experience. But we couldn't even see the animals up close, let alone feed or pet them. Since the kangaroos weren't hungry, they didn't come when we called to be fed, so we said whatever, we got a refund on the way out, but the koala experience was a disaster, only one woman spoke and gave information about the koala, there was no feeding or touching. When we told them about the situation on the way out, they said it was no longer allowed to hug the koalas or feed them, they didn't they give you information at the entrance when purchasing the ticket because if they did i wouldnt have bought the non refundable tickets at $39 each? They didn't give us any information, they took our money and didn't refund it. We regretted spending our day here when we had limited time. They don't provide any service by taking your money under the name of kuala experience. If you want to experience these Australian animals as a tourist, never go here, all they do is take your money and deceive you. We didn't even see many animals even though we were waiting for them. Even in nature, your chance of seeing animals is much higher. they claim to be moral but most animal seemed to be alone or not avaliable for public viewing!
