Fantastic experience.
Amarilla Sailing Club的点评
点评：Two of us took a four-day beginner's dinghy sailing course at Amarilla. Kinga and her team were welcoming, friendly and well organised. Janek, our instructor, was incredibly knowledgeable, a very good communicator and a great guy.
Each day started with around two hours of theory and then after a short break we would spend around three hours on the water in one of the club's boats with Janek.
We learned about safety, etiquette on the water, how to tack etc. how to rig the boat and how to avoid capsizing!
The club have life jackets, wet suits and boat shoes you can borrow if you need them.
Close to the sailing club are toilets and a small shop that serves coffee, pastries and general sailing items. (and fridge magnets!)
This was a fantastic experience which I would thoroughly recommend if you have the urge to sail a dinghy or perhaps just to try something different. It's certainly one that is now ticked off my bucket list!
