点评：Absolutely terrible, been coming here for 5+years for hair, waxing and massages but this week I booked in a double room for a couple massage after being reassured that I had a double room for myself and partner to then be told on the day 5 minutes before the massage that we were split into 2 rooms, as there were valentine packages booked in even though l booked this week's ago and was reassured that week (when they called me to double check our massages) that I had a double room and also our massages cost more than the valentine packages. When I said we wanted to cancel they did do half of the package together but then the 2nd half we had to get back dressed and go into separate rooms, bear in mind we were also booked in for 11am arrived early (10.45) and the valentine booking were not until 12.
So we had our massages, which were lovely as usual but the whole experience was terrible and it is fair to say I will not be returning again after this experience I am happy to go elsewhere. When I complained to the manager she was adamant there was nothing she could do she did offer 10%off but considering the fact I did not feel that her attitude and the offer was acceptable.
