I visited Lusail Winter Wonderland on February 8, 2025, with my wife and two small children (4 years & 6 months), expecting a fun family outing. Instead, we were met with rude, aggressive, and outright threatening behavior from the staff.
🚨 Key Issues:
❌ Rides shut down at 10:30 PM despite the official closing time being 11:00 PM.
❌ When I approached the management for clarification (while recording my self for safety), a staff member physically pushed me and demanded I delete the video.
❌ I was surrounded by 5–6 staff members, intimidated, shoved into a corner, and verbally abused.
❌ When my wife intervened, she too was yelled at and threatened.
❌ Several other families faced similar harassment, yet security refused to call the police and instead sided with the abusive staff.
This experience was traumatizing for my family and many others. Qatar is known for its hospitality and safety, but incidents like this ruin its reputation. Such misconduct must not be tolerated!
📢 I demand accountability – Lusail Winter Wonderland and Qatar Tourism must take immediate action! Review the CCTV footage and hold those responsible accountable before this is covered up.
