Escape The Room的点评
点评：The place is great. Horrible communication between the staff. After numerous times of telling the front desk and the person bringing us into the room that due to the fact that we had a little girl with a phobia of clowns we wanted NO JUMPSCARES. Of course it was gone right over their heads and had two clowns running into the room with the lights off trying any way to scare us because it’s their job or course. After this my sister was so uncomfortable with the whole situation crying and insisted on leaving. Due to the fact that we had stayed 32 minutes inside the room which is 2 minutes over the half way mark they refused to issue a full refund and said only half would be given and with a £150 off voucher for groups of 3 and more. This is beyond unacceptable and genuinely the reason we won’t be coming back.
Youssef was the manager at the location and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Very unprofessional and honestly after scaring a 10 year old girl I would’ve expected more from him. Don’t know if I’ll actually get the refund because he said the device is “elsewhere” so we will see how that goes. Do better Youssef. Unprofessional.
All in all don’t get me wrong it’s a good place but the professionalism definitely needs a touch up or two.
The boys that came in and did the jump scare were outside laughing and smoking cigarettes and didn’t stop until I had to give them a dirty look. Ridiculous.
