Ruskin Boutique Spa的点评
点评：Booked and paid for this spa and was contacted a few days later informing me of a price increase - as this was for a birthday we decided to continue with the booking and pay the difference but this was the first red flag.
We had informed the spa that the visit was for an occasion and had not received any options to make the day more special/personalised.
Treatments were included in the package and the facial was great. However there was also a lack of communication from the staff there which at times made the experience a bit awkward and left you standing around!
There is limited seating in the pool area and it’s worth keeping in mind before booking that this facility is a health club so the pool / saunas / steam /jacuzzi can get very busy. Once in the pool area there are no access to any soft drinks - there is a water tap but there were no cups provided! The cleanliness of the spa area and changing rooms was poor also.
The afternoon tea is below average and held in the reception area of the health club.
As there was a mistake in the original pricing of the package, we went in expecting a lot more than received! Definitely a LOT of improvements to be made, definitely not worth the price!
