Disrespectful Staff Made This an Awful Experience

点评：was excited for my first Topgolf experience with friends, but it was ruined by poor customer service. After a long wait (understandable for a weekend), we were taken to our bay by a young female staff member who explained some rules but not all. When I unknowingly crossed a yellow line to retrieve my ball, another staff member named Meghan spoke to me in a harsh, loud, and aggressive tone, as if I had done something intentional or dangerous, instead of politely informing me. She pointed at me and spoke in a way that was embarrassing and unnecessary, making me feel singled out. I tried to explain that I didn’t know the rule, but she was having none of it. She even threatened to kick me out of the bay if I did it again. As someone with anxiety, this completely ruined my experience, and I didn’t even play after that.
Later, when I asked for her name, she said 'Meghan' and dismissively questioned why I wanted to know, saying it was irrelevant. I couldn't help but wonder, is this how she would like to be treated? Is she happy with making others feel this way? What made this worse is that I had planned to bring my wife and daughter here in the future, and I can't imagine them being treated this way. Thankfully, I spoke to the manager on the phone and he was very understanding and it helped me feel better, but no customer should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I’m also concerned after seeing other reviews mentioning similar issues, particularly from people of color. Management should address this to ensure a welcoming environment for all. I will never go again.
