I bought a gold necklace, pendant, and custom bracelet as a “packaged deal”. The bracelet is supposed to be made and delivered to my home in the States. The associate said I would receive contact via email about my bracelet but I have yet to hear from anyone. I have tried calling (leaving messages), emailing, and even reaching out via instagram but no one from customer service responds. I have reached out via their “Contact Us” form on their website about an inquiry and received a response right away but when I asked for a confirmation order on the bracelet, they said it’s being made and will ship soon- no other information than that. My husband’s necklace even snapped after 2 weeks and when I mentioned that to the sales response, they said they had attached customer service to the email and I would hear back from them; no response since. The sales associates in Amber Cove said it would be easy to request repairs from their New Jersey site; that is a lie! These people ghost you after taking your money. Don’t expect to get any repairs needed, and I hope that I receive my bracelet I bought. Save yourself from this company!
If I receive my bracelet, I will update but I’m not holding my breath.
