点评：The security on duty 11/23/24 in a temp or fill in because he was so unprofessional & basically a street gutter level individual. Shame on you for employing such an uncouth savage
The manager even co-signed on his behavior & demeanor because he only heard my response to the "security" employee who threatened physical violence before my curt response. He was disrespectful & out of line. Totally unprofessional, his demeanor & behavior towards regular customers should be addressed & corrected, just a suggestion. It was an unnecessary escalation that could have been avoided if the employee displayed courtesy & professionalism. Levity is well known in my region. I will make certain I deter anyone from going to that location where you employ low level street individuals & managers that respond after an employee becomes belligerent & disrespectful, serendipitously not being around during the cause of a negative response. Just food for thought because I would not go back after that exchange for free.
