点评：I’d been wanting to visit Sri Lanka for years, and finally did a short trip with my mom (who’s over 70). A friend recommended **Lanka Tropical Tours**, and I reached out to Amila just a couple of days before we hoped to go. I explained our preferences, including my mom’s mobility challenges, the places I wanted to see, and our food preferences. Amila was incredibly responsive, friendly, and attentive. Within hours, he sent a customised itinerary that ticked all the boxes — and it only got better from there.
Everything was flawlessly organised — from our amazing chauffeur-guide Sanju to the accommodation and sightseeing. Sanju was warm, professional, flexible, and always helpful. One of the highlights was a surprise home-cooked dinner on our first night with a lovely local family and Anupiya, who also stayed in touch throughout our trip. It was a heartfelt, memorable experience.
There were some unexpected challenges — a baggage mix-up at the airport and later, I was unwell for two days — but Amila, Sanju, and Anupiya went above and beyond to support us with genuine care. They helped us without hesitation and even refused to charge us for the added time and assistance.
I’ve travelled extensively, but rarely have I encountered such sincere, warm, and generous service. With **Lanka Tropical Tours**, it never felt transactional — they truly cared. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the beautiful country of Sri Lanka!!
