点评：Katie was fabulous! She took great care of us and was so friendly and helpful. Like many wineries and tasting rooms, your tasting is complimentary with a purchase of a certain number of bottles. If you can walk out without buying the minimum required for the complimentary tasting, you have way more self control that I have. I loved my tasting, The Limited Production Flight, which included whites and reds. While I prefer reds to whites, I was wowed by the two whites I had well enough to buy several bottles. I thought the Viognier was one of the better Viogniers I have had. But the one I was really crazy about was the Trois Blondes which is a blend of three white grapes. It was spectacular and I will order it again. I loved the reds I had in the tasting flight, as well, but I bought a red that was not in the tasting, the M5 Reserve. Katie and several other people we met on our trip to Santa Barbara raved about this wine. We bought a glass and felt the wine lived up to the rave reviews we'd heard about it. It was elegant, smooth and fabulous! We had the charcuterie board and the duck salad with our flights. Both were beautifully presented and delicious. Both went well with the whites and reds we tasted. If you are in Santa Barbara and are looking for a wonderful experience that combines great service, fantastic food and an extensive wine list, this is the place to go!
