Playa de la Arena的点评
点评：Lovely relaxing hotel, beautiful scenery. Amazing food, plenty of choice, great service. Clean, spacious, relaxing. Friendly staff. Helpful reception desk. Colourful Tropical scenery and displays in the hotel. Pool is warm, also lovely spa area accessible to all.
Note The infinity pool is only available to those who have gone premium, as are some of the dining areas and exclusive bar and lounge area. No music or bar staff in VIP AREA. Not enough seats. Can’t hear the live music from the lounge. Noisy for the residents above the lounge.
No glasses should be allowed outside during the day, especially in areas where people are intoxicated. Some residents took full advantage and became a bit of a nuisance. Staff did address this but unfortunately met with arrogance.
Room was modern with plenty of storage and space. Comfy beds although not locked together when made into a double. Bathroom had bath and shower.
Downside is that the hotel is huge and a lot to navigate. Lots of huge marble staircases but there are also lifts available. No help points if needed. Some stairs did not have an adequate handrail.Phone in the room didn’t work.
It was off peak when we went so no issues getting a subbed or table to dine at. Busy in the entertainment areas. Need more tables. No big queues for anything but I can’t imagine how it would be in other months when at full capacity.
Need to split the long brown tables in the piano area so everyone can have access to one for their drinks, and have automatic doors rather than leaving them open and causing everyone to be cold. Need cushions on the seats in the outdoor Grill area. Need outdoor heaters for the cooler evenings. Not much for children to do. Very quiet locally. Not many bars or restaurants or walks. Quite isolated.
