Great tour from the person that sold us the tickets to the trolly driver

点评：We had a day in Juneau from our cruise. We booked a mid-day excursion through the cruise, so we had the 8-12 and 4-8 to explore the city. So grateful to have met Bianca on our way to the Mt. Roberts tram. We inquired about float plane trips, but decided against one because of the fog. Bianca showed us where our cruise line excursion would go, how long it should take, and what we would have time to do on either end. We told her we'd be back and we were.
Luckily, Bianca was still working when we got back from our cruise excursion (which was great) and got the last trip to Mendenhall Glacier. Bianca radio-ed that we were coming so the tour guide/driver was waiting for us.
I cannot say enough good things about Andrew. He narrated our surroundings as we drove to the Glacier. He made sure we knew where and when to meet him for our return journey, suggested which walks to take at the glacier, and what we'd see on those walks. Andrew was a font of knowledge and he clearly loves Alaska. I wanted another day so I could speak with both Bianca and Andrew again.
