Imbros Gorge的点评
点评：We recently hiked the Imbros Gorge during our holiday in Crete, and it was a great experience. The walk took us around 3.5 hours at a comfortable pace and offered stunning views throughout.
The trail itself winds through dramatic, narrow rock passages and opens up to beautiful mountain scenery. While the ground is a little rocky and uneven in places, it was perfectly manageable (wear trainers), even for our mixed-ability group.
There's a small drink stand near the end of the hike where the owner retrieved cold beers from a well to keep them cool.
A word of advice: don’t be rushed by the bus vendors at the bottom of the gorge who claim it’s the “last bus.” We ignored the pressure and walked a few more minutes to a nearby taverna. It was a lovely place to rest and grab a snack, and there were plenty of taxis available. In the end, the taverna owner kindly offered to drive us back to our car for €25 (split between the four of us), which was a relaxed and convenient way to finish the day.
