点评：We have hired boats from Shire Cruisers before but not recently and we were very happy with the whole experience. The booking and pre-holiday arrangements were straightforward and when we had questions they were very responsive and helpful.
We were a party of 6, spanning 3 generations and initially we wondered if it would be a squish-and-a-squash on a 56’ boat but the layout was very clever and we all felt we had our own space.
The boat was in lovely condition with everything we needed for our holiday, it was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen.
The introduction to boating, the routes and safety were all thoroughly covered by the staff when we arrived and they came through the first section of canal with us to help us get started - all very reassuring.
The owners and staff at Shire Cruisers were always helpful and completely knowledgeable about all aspects of canal-boating.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday and look forward to returning.
