点评:The site was closed during the times that it was meant to be open. I called the number on the sign at the locked entrance to the ticket office. The man that answered insisted that it was open and that I should walk around to find the entrance, even though I was calling from it... In any case, I got tired of walking around in the heat trying to find a supposed entrance, other than the official one, which was locked and the ticket office shut. And so I left...
This is still nice to see a panoramic view of from street level but is by no means open to visitors during its supposed opening hours. I saw a woman with black curly hair walk through the site while moving away from the ticket office just as I arrived, so I am guessing this is the person that was meant to hold the fort but abandoned the positions... The only open entrance was an unmarked one which had signs that access is only allowed for construction staff, not visitors.
Just whatever you see from above for free is interesting. Don't bother with the opening hours. They are not kept.
