Okay and a nice stroll. Unable to see Temple. Worth it if included in a combo ticket.
奥林匹亚宙斯神庙的点评
点评：This was our first ancient site on our visit in March/late April. Walkable, the entrance is close to Hadrian's Arch, which doesn't cost anything to see and is a wonderful sight.
We purchased the combo ticket, Acropolis and six other ancient sites, online before our visit. It was worth it, and we visited all of the sites. This particular spot was okay, and it was a nice day, so we enjoyed the stroll. It might not be worth a hefty entrance fee if purchased by itself, though.
This is also called Olympieion or Temple of Olympian Zeus.
Like others have mentioned, the temple was covered completely in scaffolding. This, of course, will change over time so it was disappointing, but we enjoyed the site anyway.
It was a large area with pieces of columns and buildings and other ancient remnants. It also had a public bathroom on site at no cost.
