From the moment I walked in, their team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and—most importantly—true expertise.
Todd, the Service Manager, and Korey, the mechanic, went the extra mile by taking the time to fully understand the issues I was facing. They didn't just listen—they actually rode the bike to experience the problems firsthand. That level of commitment is rare, and it made all the difference.
They meticulously diagnosed the issues other shops had overlooked and provided clear, effective solutions that got my Chief running better than ever. Their knowledge of classic and custom motorcycles is second to none, and it's obvious they genuinely care about their work and their customers.
On top of fixing the mechanical issues, they also helped me restore the bike by assisting with the replacement of rusted chrome parts, making my Chief look as great as it rides!
