I discovered the company while doing a basic search on Morocco, and was instantly struck by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. From our first conversation, Charles was attentive and deeply thoughtful. I shared our preferences and vision for the trip, and within days, we had a complete itinerary with confirmed bookings, carefully chosen experiences, and personalized touches. Charles was remarkably patient and responsive, making countless refinements to match our evolving needs.
Every detail was impeccably planned — from the moment we landed to the moment we left. Our journey covered Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes, Skoura, the Atlas Mountains, and the Sahara Desert. The logistics were seamless, with just the right mix of activity and downtime.
Charles curated the perfect blend of local charm and comfort — from handpicked riads to unique experiences like a hot air balloon ride, traditional hammams, sidecar tours in Marrakech, and cooking workshops. Staying at Kasbah Tamadot in the Atlas Mountains was a particular highlight — one of the most memorable places we’ve visited as a family.
The Sahara Desert leg was unforgettable — camel rides, a visit to a nomadic village, and breathtaking landscapes. Fes gave us a deep cultural immersion into Morocco’s heritage.
Our driver and guide duo, Abdullah and Mohammad, were exceptional — punctual, professional, and warm. Our local coordinator, Hind, was equally impressive — always available, and full of great suggestions for dining, shopping, and little extras that elevated our trip.
