Avoid this agency! Overpromised, overpriced, and disorganized. Better options elsewhere!

点评：We chose this travel agency because it was close to our Airbnb and had decent Google reviews. However, the location didn’t match the photos online—it seems they might have different locations. Our agent, Tracy, made a lot of big promises about our tour packages, and we paid upfront. Unfortunately, reality was far from what was promised.The tour package was nothing like what was described when we booked it. When we paid for two tickets, we only received one and had to contact the agency multiple times to fix it.
Throughout our different tours, we met other travelers who booked similar trips for much lower prices and got much better buses and boats. Meanwhile, our agent Tracy ignored our messages for long periods and left her colleague, MersQ, to handle the mess.
