点评:We only had an hour or so to kill, so we weren't planning on visiting the cathedral. However, unfortunately we also visited during a VERY rainy and cold season and happened to get stuck in a downpour as we were walking past the cathedral and took cover - it's not even inside, just between the arches really. We were there for not more than 5 minutes. In that time there were maybe 2-3 people who entered walkway to the ticket booth, but in no way had we blocked their entry or frankly had even noticed anyone passing, it was such a non-issue. It was an issue to the ticket officer, though, who promptly started rudely shouting at us to leave as if we were causing a huge havoc. Ironically, the rain ended probably a minute after that and we left anyway, but this was just another rude encouter with a Portuguese staff member to add to the list. Even if we had been standing there wondering whether to go in or not - and the question did arise as it was a partially indoor activity -, we would've chosen against it just because of how rudely we were spoken to.
