点评：From the moment we booked, the communication with the Tornado Charters team was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful with every question we had before arrival. It was a great first impression that led into an outstanding experience.
We arrived early and waited at the dock to avoid being in the way, but the Captain spotted us and immediately welcomed us aboard with a warm, professional attitude. His focus on safety and making sure every customer had a great day was clear from the start.
The gear provided was in like-new condition, which is not always the case with charter outfits. The deckhands were phenomenal—working nonstop from the moment we left the dock, assisting at the rail during the fishing, and even while cleaning fish right up to our return.
