点评:We rarely do food tours, but since we didn’t know much about Vietnamese food, we tried one out. It also gave us a chance to see the city from an insider’s point of view since we would be carried to each site on the back of a scooter! Our guides, Christian and Hannah, were magnificent! We went to 6 or 7 food shops (yes, we were stuffed!), plus toured the largest flower market in town, and walked through the foodie district. We also went through the historic District 10, with high density housing which was built in 1968 after the area was ravaged by a surprise attack during the New Year’s holiday. The tour offered history, fun, food, and excitement, as we got a chance to navigate the crazy street traffic which we never would have done on our own. I highly recommend this tour, and it is no surprise that Airbnb gives it the high marks it deserves.
